For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, estimated at US$10–15 from the United States to China. Actual carrier charges may vary.

Approved refunds are intended to be initiated within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and its inspection completed, subject to the published Return Policy.
