Dopogrf currently ships to the United States.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout to help ensure successful delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
Our standard order processing time is 2 business days.
Processing time covers order verification, preparation, and handling before the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
During peak shopping periods or when additional order verification is required, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Carrier
Our designated shipping carrier is HuaHan Logistics.
HuaHan Logistics handles the transportation arrangements for our shipments. Additional logistics partners may be involved in international transportation or final-mile delivery when necessary.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
5. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Dopogrf offers free shipping on all orders containing at least one item.
No shipping fee is charged for eligible orders under this offer. Any applicable additional charges, if relevant, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided through your shipping confirmation or other appropriate order notifications.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a package has been dispatched. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be delayed, please contact our customer service team.
